Marcy Garcia
Owner of Perfection RV Services
I proudly own and operate Perfection RV Services, specializing in RV body and paint repair.
Growing up in a family of skilled tradesmen, I was immersed in the craft from a young age and
learning firsthand from my father on what it takes to own and operate a business. My husband
has been in the trade for more than thirty years and shares his knowledge, expertise and
passion in craftsmanship which combined with my extensive background in customer service
has driven me to build a business that stands for integrity, excellence, customer satisfaction and
a deep understanding of RV restoration.
Beyond the shop, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my family (husband, 3 sons, and 3
granddaughters) on the farm caring for and playing with our animals.
My dedication to the trade and love for the open road and travel fuel my commitment to
delivering top-tier service to every RV that comes through our doors.

Johnny ‘Chooch’ Valdez
Lead Tech
With over 19 years of experience in the autobody industry, I come from a family deeply
rooted in the trade. I began my career working for my grandfather’s RV body and paint
repair business then working alongside my uncle as an apprentice and often helping my
father on side jobs where I developed a passion for craftsmanship. I specialize in
efficiently and accurately assessing vehicle damage, planning repairs, and executing
high-quality restorations. As a skilled auto and RV painter, I have extensive experience
in surface preparation, color matching, and applying flawless finishes. My meticulous
attention to detail ensures exceptional results and I take pride in delivering top-tier
workmanship that meets and exceeds industry standards.
In my spare time I enjoy camping with my family, riding my Harley, and tinkering around
in my home shop where I have done full restorations and custom paint on my personal
vehicles and motorcycle as well as many side jobs for friends and family.
Andrew Garcia
Lead Tech
I am a third-generation RV technician, born and raised in the RV body shop and repair industry, following in the footsteps of my parents and grandfather, who have all dedicated their careers to the trade. From a young age, I was immersed in the world of RV repair—whether working alongside my father or spending time at my grandfather’s shop.
Initially starting in the HVAC trade, I quickly realized that my true passion lies in RV body and paint work. The daily challenges and constant advancements in repair techniques are what drive me, and I find great satisfaction in tackling the complexities of the repair process. Working with RV coaches requires a deep understanding of technology, problem-solving skills, and years of hands-on experience, all of which I bring to every project.
I take immense pride in contributing to the future of my family’s company, which has built its reputation on delivering the highest quality of work. My goal is always to ensure that every RV repair is restored to the highest standard, often surpassing its original condition when it first left the showroom floor.
Outside of work, I am an avid outdoorsman, enjoying activities such as motorcycle riding, camping, shooting, and spending quality time with my dog, Anaya.
